Falling Foss

Falling Foss is reached from the B1416 three miles south of Ruswarp, along a narrow road signposted to the right, where the main road bends to the left. A short walk from the car park leads to this viewing point, from which the 20 metre waterfall is seen at its best, as May Beck tumbles over a vertical drop before heading off towards Littlebeck, a mile to the north. The slideshow also as the same view in drier conditions, more typical of summer months.
