| The North York Moors National Park Visitor Centre
has a display showing the natural and human history of the North
York Moors and also hosts exhibitions by local artists, etc. There
is a souvenir shop, refreshment and toilet facilities. It is a
popular stopping point on route to Scarborough. The car park is a
starting place for circular walks, taking in the White Horse
and Lake Gormire, and is a useful staging post along the
Cleveland Way. |
